Lucy co-founded Student Success Network in 2013 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. For the past eight years, Lucy has led the design, development and implementation of SSN’s model aimed at transforming program, practice, and policy in NYC. She is motivated by the power of partnership and fostering intentional collaboration, not competition. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys chasing her toddler and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
