Wrapping up the year

Youth partners wrap up the year by meeting with adult partners to plan their first council meetings

The Elevating Youth Voice wrap-up session brought youth and adult partners from different organizations together into the same room. Youth and adults alike reflected on how far their ideas about youth-adult partnership have come and dug in to how they can deepen their partnerships moving forward.

This year’s Fellows celebrated their last Fellowship meeting in style: with a sail around the Hudson, thanks to Hudson River Community Sailing! Fellows are ready to lead continuous improvement – rain or shine!

SSN Innovates Fellows gather for one last meeting of the year on the Hudson River!
